Welcome to Salaam Namaste, a modern Indian restaurant in the heart of London’s Bloomsbury district, just two minutes walk from Russell Square Tube Station.

The phrase Salaam Namaste is a traditional Indian welcome which restaurateur Musabbir Karim – known as Sabir – extends to all guests who visit his restaurant in search of great cooking from the subcontinent.

Sabir is passionate about food and has worked in some of the top restaurants in the capital. Salaam Namaste is different from other Indian restaurants because of its innovative and imaginative menu which includes dishes from different regions as well as the classics of Indian cookery.

Prepared with only the finest ingredients, diners can enjoy spectacular dishes from Rajesthan, Hyderabad, Punjab, Chennai, Kerala and Goa. The menu also includes Bangladeshi, Pakistani and Afghani favourites, giving an extra dimension to the Indian dining experience.
